SOUTH BEND - Betty Mae Mixtacki, 68, of Cleveland Road, died at 11:05 p.m. Thursday in Regency Place of natural causes. Mrs. Mixtacki retired from Northern Indiana Public Service Co. She was born June 10, 1927, in Chicago and lived in South Bend for 63 years. On Sept. 9, 1967, in South Bend, as Betty Bogue, she married Leonard Mixtacki. He died June 26, 1995. Surviving are three brothers, Robert and Tom Bogue, both of South Bend, and Edward Bogue of Paris, Ill. She was a member of South Bend Turners Auxiliary; 8/40 Unit 156, LaSociete De Femme Cabane 276; Polish National Alliance Post 83 and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 357.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home, where a rosary will be said at 6 p.m. and the Ladies Auxiliary will conduct a service at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Turners of South Bend.
