OSCEOLA - Helen Maxine Moore, 77, of
11984 Fourth St., died at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday in Michiana
Community Hospital, South Bend. Mrs. Moore retired from Selmer
Inc., Elkhart, after 30 years of service. She was born March 3,
1918, in Whitley County, Ind., and lived in Osceola since 1952.
On April 15, 1948, in South Bend, as Helen
M. Ramsey, she married Ralph A. Moore. He died in 1966.
She is survived by two daughters, Shirley Stith of Osceola
and Sandra Zumbrum of Columbia City, Ind.; five
grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Jacqueline Hile
of Columbia City.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in
Warner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial
Gardens. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in
the funeral home.
