SOUTH BEND - Opal N. More, 89, of
Louisville, formerly of South Bend, died Friday morning in
Trimble County Nursing Center, Bedford, Ky. Mrs. More retired as
an accountant with Joe Sharp & Associates.
She was born April 2, 1905, in New Paris,
and lived in South Bend from 1922 to 1991. Surviving are a son,
Dewey of Leesburg, Fla.; and three grandsons. She was a member of
First Brethren Church, South Bend, Pilots International, and
Professional Women's Club.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in
the church. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be in
Riverview Cemetery. Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home,
Louisville, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions
may be made to the church's memorial fund.
