Lee J. Muldoon

SOUTH BEND - Leo J. Muldoon, 67, of
17295 Willowbrook Drive, died at 10:10 p.m. Monday in his home
after an illness. Mr. Muldoon retired in 1979 as a salesman. He
was born April 7, 1927, in Fort Wayne, and lived in South Bend
most of his life.
On July 5, 1952, in Mishawaka, he married
Shirley A. Lemler. She survives, with two sisters, June
Muldoon Axtell of Sarasota, Fla., and Lela Muldoon McHenry
of Mount Dora, Fla.; and a brother, Howard J. of South Bend.
He was a former member of South Bend
Watercolor Society, member of St. Joseph Catholic Church,
Mishawaka, and veteran of World War II.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the
church. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park,
Granger. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Bubb
Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Memorial
contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
