Clarence O. Myers, 84, of 2805 Rockne Drive, died at 9:30 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.  Hickey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Clarence O. Myers, 84, of 2805 Rockne Road, died at 9:50 a.m. Monday in Memorial Hospital after an illness. 

Mr. Myers was a retired farmer and school bus driver for Greene Twp. Schools. 

He was born Nov. 11, 1901, in St. Joseph County, and was a lifelong resident. 

On Feb. 23, 1925, in South Bend, he married the former Agnes C. Scheibelhut.  She died March 25, 1985.  He is survived by a daughter, Marianne Grooms of South Bend; two sons, Paul F. of Dearborn, Mich., and Louis C. of South Bend; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren,

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. 

Friends may call until 5 and from 6 to 9 p.m. today in Hickey Funeral Home where the parish rosary was to be said today. 

Mr. Myers was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
