Stanley J. Nadolny: (South Bend Tribune 7/3/1991)


Sept. 29, 1923 - July 2, 1991 SOUTH BEND - Stanley J. Nadolny, 67, of Magnolia Street, died Tuesday night in Memorial Hospital after an illness. Mr. Nadolny was an employee of the former Studebaker Corp. and Stanley Enterprise, and was a deliveryman for Flowers by Don. He was born Sept. 29, 1923, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. On July 12, 1947, in South Bend, he married Betty A. Hartstein. She died Jan. 5, 1989. He is survived by two daughters, Catherine J. Gruber of South Bend and Jacqueline M. Schulz of Mishawaka; three sons, Stephen I. of Mishwaka,  and Richard A. and John A., both of South Bend; five grandchildren; and three sisters, Toby Peterson and Adeline Wharton, both of South Bend, and Clara Kati of Phoenix, Ariz. He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, M.R. Falcons, and was a veteran of World War II. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said a 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or any charity.
