Brother Justinian CSC, 63, known as M. C. Nolan before he entered the brotherhood, died last night at St. Joseph Hospital, South Bend. He had been at Notre Dame for many years. He had been ill for a week with streptococci infection.  He had been a teacher at St. Edward’s College in Austin, Texas; and also at Fort Wayne and Chicago; before assuming teaching duties at Notre Dame. For the last 15 years he had been engaged in work on The Ave Maria Magazine, published at Notre Dame. He is survived by relatives living in Trenton, N.J.
