Hilary C. (Hank) Nowicki: (South Bend Tribune 11/1/1973)

Hilary C. (Hank) Nowicki, 66, of 2115 Hollywood Pl., died at 7:10 a.m. today in St. Joseph’s Hospital after an illness of five weeks. He was retired from the Studebaker Corp. Born March 10, 1907, in South Bend, he lived here all his life. On Sept. 16, 1929, in South Bend, he married Lealla Hock. She survives along with two sons, Norman and Thomas, both of South Bend; a brother, Modest of South Bend and three sisters, Miss Leona Nowicki, Mrs. Genevieve Piechocki and Mrs. Kinga Kosinski, all of  South Bend. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. William J. Neidhart, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. A parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
