Theresa D. Nucciarone, 73, of South
Bend, Ind., since July 2001, formerly of Kiel, Wis., passed away
of an illness at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, in Saint Joseph
Community Hospital, Mishawaka, Ind. She was born March 16, 1929,
in Chilton, Wis., to the late Charles and Magdalena (Rollman)
Daun. On Sept. 4, 1954, in Inglewood, Calif., she married
Tullio L. Nucciarone, who died Feb. 6, 1992. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Nucciarone is survived by two daughters, Monica A.
Nucciarone of Tacoma, Wash., Sabrina M. Nucciarone of Kiel; a
son, Joseph G. (Mary) Nucciarone of South Bend; three
grandchildren, Ronda Marie Cole, Jennifer Nucciarone and
Theresa Nucciarone. She is also survived by five sisters, Marie Gust
of Milwaukee, Wis., Rita Polster of Kiel, Carol (Chuck)
Northway of Merrill, Wis., Dorothy Nadler of Stockbridge,
Wis., and Virginia (Gary) Bonlander of New Holstein, Wis.;
and by two brothers, Benjamin (Bette) Daun of Chilton and Carl
(Beverly) Daun of New Holstein.
Here in South Bend a memorial Mass will be held at a later date in St. Joseph Catholic Church. A funeral Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. today in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Chilton, with visitation one hour prior to the funeral in the church. Burial will follow at Charlesburg Cemetery next to the church. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Grade School, 224 N. Hill Street, South Bend, IN, 46617; or in Wisconsin to St. Charles Parish.
