Debra L. Nusbaum, 50, of Randolph Street, South Bend, Indiana, passed away at 5:57 p.m. Friday, March 3rd at St Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend, following an illness. She was born January 12,1956, in South Bend Indiana, to Jerry and Dolores Zehnpfennig.

On June 25, 1994, in Mishawaka, she married Bruce Nusbaum. He survives, with her father, Jerry Zehnpfennig of South Bend; and her brother, Greg Zehnpfennig of South Bend. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Vergon, in 1999. Mrs. Nusbaum was a registered nurse.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka, where friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will follow the services Wednesday at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
