Mrs. John Oltman: (South Bend Tribune 8/21/1961)

Mrs. Agnes Oltman, 42, of 55416 N. Linwood Blvd., died at 4:45 a.m. Sunday in St. Joseph’s Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on Jan. 19, 1919, in South Bend. She was married to John Altman on Aug. 23, 1941 in the Log Chapel at the University of Notre Dame. Surviving besides her husband are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Cencelewski, of South Bend; a son, James Leroy, at home; a sister, Mrs. Helen Stackowiak, of South Bend and three brothers, Stanley, John and Bernard Blaszczyk, all of South Bend. Friends may call in the St. Joseph Funeral Home Chapel after 7 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday in Holy Family Catholic Church. Rev. Joseph Lesniak, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Blaszczyk, Eugene Duszynski, Frank Perri, Casper Nyikos, Steve Oltman and Richard Mickels.
