Sister Mary Bernard CSC, aged 69 years, died at St. Mary’s Convent this morning. She received the holy habit of the Holy Cross at St. Mary’s College and Academy in 1874, and was professed in 1877. To the world she was Nora O’Neill and was a native of Ireland. She was assistant infirmarian at the college.

A Requiem High Mass was celebrated by Father Thomas Vagnier CSC at the college chapel this morning. The internment will take place at the Community Cemetery tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock, Fathers Gallagher and Vagnier officiating
