SOUTH BEND - Cynthia J. Orisich, 49, passed away at 5:01
a.m. Friday, August 1, 2008, in Saint Joseph Regional Medical
Center after a 4-year courageous battle with a kidney disease.
Cindy was born on July 2, 1959, in South Bend, to John and Julie
(Tirotta) Orisich. She was preceded in death by her
father. Cynthia attended Riley High School and loved to cook.
Surviving are her mother, Julie Orisich of South Bend; a son, Tim
O'Connor of South Bend; two sisters, Rebecca Bassett of
Des Moines, IA, and Susan Fox of South Bend; two brothers,
Dan Orisich and John (Tammy) Orisich Jr., both of South Bend;
five nieces and nephews and a great-niece.
Services will be conducted at 8:00 p.m. Monday, August 4, 2008, in the Zahoran Funeral Home, 1826 S. Kemble Avenue. Cremation will follow. Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home where a Rosary will be recited at 6:30. Memorial contributions may be made to the American National Kidney Foundation.
