Mrs. Burnis Kesler Overmyer

  

   Mrs. Burnis Kesler Overmyer, 82, died Monday in St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights. She was born on Feb. 27, 1898, in Fulton County, and lived in the South Bend area most of her life. Her first husband, Garland D. Kesler, died in 1956. In 1968 she married Kenneth A. Overmyer. He survives with three daughters, Mrs. Jetta Love of Bryan, Texas, Mrs. Frances Nemeth and Mrs. Donnabelle Goodspeed, both of South Bend; a son, Kenton R. Overmyer, of Chicago Height; eight grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Lottie Dilts of Highland, Ind.

    Services will be at 10 a.m. EST Wednesday in the St. Andrew United Methodist Church, Homewood, Ill. Rev H. D. Mitchell, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Moon Cemetery, DeLong, Ind, where graveside services will take place at 2 p.m.  Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in the Tews Funeral Home, 18230 S. Dixie Hew. Homewood, and from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the church.
