SOUTH BEND - Debbie A. Page, 37, of South Bend, IN passed away at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend. She was born on April 18, 1971, in Bluffton, IN to Max L. and Sharon Ann (Hicks) Page.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Page of Mishawaka and Kayla Rose of Indianapolis, IN; son, Kyle Wellington of FL; two grandchildren, Donte Jr. Gray and Darius Gray both of Indianapolis; her mother, Sharon Page of South Bend; two sisters, Bonnie Arnold of South Bend and Marie Humphrey of Bluffton; and two brothers, Terry Page of South Bend and Mike D. Page of Mishawaka. Her father, Max L. Page preceded her in death.

There will be no services or visitation. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, South Bend and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements. Contributions in memory of Debbie Page may be made to the family.
