Obituary: Madelyn L. Pajor (Oct. 24, 1927 -- May 1, 2006).

Madelyn L. Pajor, 78, of Mishawaka, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Monday, May 1, at Countryside Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Mishawaka.

 

Madelyn was born on October 24, 1927, in Mishawaka, as the daughter of Harley R. and Lala D. (Baldwin) Overmyer.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Howard Overmyer.

 

Left to cherish her memory is her son, Kent (Ruth) Pajor; and a grandson, Thomas Pajor, both of Mishawaka.

 

Madelyn worked as a Computer Operator for Elkhart Credit Bureau for 18 years before she retired in 1992. She was a member of Community Brethren Church on Colfax, Mishawaka. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Madelyn will be remembered fondly by all that knew and loved her.

 

Family and friends may visit from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2 p.m., in the funeral home with Rev. Gene Eckerley of Community Brethren Church, Mishawaka, officiating. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Osceola.
