John W. Palmer
   John W. Palmer, 81, of 232 E. Sample Street, died at 8:45 a.m. in Melbourn, Fla., where he had gone for the winter. He was ill a few days. Born in Chicago, Feb. 22, 1875, he came here 20 years ago from Plymouth, In. He married Josephine Hibbie, of Chicago. she died here April 1, 1938. Surviving are three children, Harry D. So. Bend, Walter, of Plymouth; and Mrs. Margaret Jones, Hamlet, In; mine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body will be brought to the Hay Funeral home for funeral services and burial.
