Mrs. Joseph J. Paprocki

November 18, 1903 - December 25, 1968

 

Mrs. Iona N. Paprocki, 65, of 1715 Southwood Dr., was dead on arrival at St Joseph's Hospital at 10:30am Wednesday after becoming ill suddenly in her home.  A fire department ambulance took her to the hospital.

 

She was born on November 18, 1903, in New Carlisle and lived in South Bend for 30 years, coming from New Carlisle.

 

On December 23, 1967, as Iona Kilander, she was married to Joseph J. Paprocki, who survives.  Also surviving is a son, Kenneth Kilander of Miami Beach FL, and a brother Harold Nickerson of Mishawaka.

 

Friends may call form 4 to 9pm today and from 10am to 2pm Friday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home.  Services will be at 2pm Friday in the funeral home.  Officiating will be Rev. C. Emory Burton, associate pastor at First Methodist Church.  Burial will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park.  Mrs. Paprocki was a member of Chapter 2 of the Order of the Eastern Star.
