Julius Paprocki

December 28, 1893 - December 25, 1947

 

Julius Paprocki, aged 53, of 1050 N. O'Brien Street, died at 1pm Thursday in St Joseph Hospital after an illness of two days.

 

Born in South Bend, December 28, 1893, he had lived here all his life.  On May 10, 1922, he was married in St Stanislaus Catholic Church to Miss Theresa Szkielka; who survives.  Also surviving are a son, Joseph; two brothers, Louis and Frank, and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Cukrowicz, Mrs. Leona Nowicki and Mrs. Anna Kiryan, all of South Bend, and Sister Barbara, of the Holy Family convent in Pennsylvania.

 

Friends may call in the home after 6pm today.  The funeral will be held at 9am Monday in Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. Frederick J. Schulte, CSC, pastor, officiating.  Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish Cemetery.  Mr. Paprocki was a member of the Holy Name and the Ushers societies of Holy Cross Church.  The Daughters of Isabella will recite the rosary in the home at 4pm Sunday.
