Richard D. Parcell       

Richard Dean Parcell, 32, of Rt. 2 Kelly Rd., died at 5:45 a.m. Sunday in his home following an illness of two months.  He was born in Mishawaka and had always lived here.  On Oct. 27, 1945, he married Edna LaVine in Coalbush Evangelical United Brethren Church.       

Mr. Parcell served in World War II and at the time of his illness he was a cabinet maker.  Surviving are his widow; his mother, Mrs. Maude Parcell, of Mishawaka; two sons, Michael and James, and two daughters, Barbara and Norma, all at home; one brother, Lowell L. Parcell, of Bristol, Pa., and one sister Mrs. Adam Berger, of Mishawaka.       

Friends may call at the Bent & Sprague Chapel until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday when the body will be taken to Ireland Road Brethren Church.  Friends may call there from 1 p.m. Tuesday until the funeral services there at 2 o'clock.  Rev. Gene Witzky, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Bremen Cemetery.  Mr. Parcell was a member of the Ireland Road Brethren Church.  Pallbearers will be Donald Agler, Donald Stroup, Raymond Britton, Eugene Schoettler, Theodore Schoettler and Carl Rowe.
