Ernestine L. Parks

May 26, 1906 – September 4, 1984

Ernestine L. Parks, 78,of 103 S Tuxedo Drive died at 4:10pm Tuesday in Cardinal Health Care Center.

She was born on May 26, 1906, in South Bend and was a lifetime area resident.  On June 4, 1923, in South Bend, as Ernestine Doetsch, she married Millard S. Parks, who died March 4, 1976.  Surviving are a daughter, Mary Kluga of South Bend; and three grandchildren.

Services will be at 11am Friday in Zion United Church of Christ and burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Thursday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church, of which she was a member, or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
