GRANGER - Helen Paul, 77, of Granger, IN, passed away of natural causes in her residence on Sunday, July 13, 2008. Helen was born January 9, 1931, in Argos, Indiana, to the late Clarence and Helen (Niswonger) VanDorn. On June 16, 1951, she married Mr. Alvin Paul in Roseland, Indiana. Alvin survives along with two daughters, Mickey A. Csiti of Elkhart and Christina Mulligan of Granger. Also surviving are five grandchildren, Mike Csiti, Joey Csiti, Jackie Smith, Sonya Dawson and Jennifer Bixler, as well as seven great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her brother, Frank VanDorn, and her son, Alvin E. Paul Jr.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the 3:00 p.m. funeral service on Thursday, July 17, in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, Indiana. Helen was employed by Bob's Big Boy Restaurant and F.W. Means and Company before becoming a homemaker. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, playing cards and board games, and watching game shows on television. In her memory, donations may be made to the D.A.V.
