Ralph H. Plumb

July 17, 1912 – June 19, 1973

Ralph H. Plumb, 60, of 1614 Hildreth St., died at 6am today in St Joseph’s Hospital after a month’s illness.  The director of maintenance at the First Bank & Trust Co., he was born July 17, 1912 in Lafayette IN.  On January 19, 1967, in Crossville TN, he married Louise Carr, who survives.  Also surviving are a son, Ralph H. Plumb III of Alexandria VA; a daughter, Miss Beverly Plumb of Puerto Rico; two stepdaughters; a grandchild; and a sister, Mrs. L. V. Reppert of South Bend

Friends may call form 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm Wednesday in the Hollis Funeral Home where services will be conducted at 10am Thursday with Rev. Carl Lemna, pastor of the River Park United Methodist Church, officiating..  Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Lafayette IN.  Mr. Plumb was a Marine Corps veteran of WW II.
