MISHAWAKA - Gail F. Pollachek, 49, of Ehman Drive, died of an illness at 12:49 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mrs. Pollachek was a telemarketer for Production Co. and Amrikol Telemarketing. She was born Aug. 1, 1944, in Chicago.

On Nov. 6, 1965, in Chicago, as Gail F. Pannek, she married Donald L. Pollachek. He survives with a daughter, Dawn Fuller of South Bend; two sons, Donald II of South Bend and Darrin of Mishawaka; her mother, Dorothy Pannek of Chicago; and a brother, Robert Pannek of Woodridge, Ill. She was a former member of Sweet Adalines.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Pius X Catholic Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Hahn Funeral Home, where wake prayers will be at 3 p.m.
