Howard Potts, who survives.  Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Adelaide Holden, South Bend; three sons, Howard, Fort Wayne, Ind., Keith and E. James, both of South Bend; three grandchildren; two brothers, Pat O'Brien and J. J. O'Brien, both of Superior, Wis., and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Lavell, Fargo, N. D.  Friends may call in the Hay funeral home tonight.  Funeral services will be at 9 a. m. Saturday in St. Matthew's Catholic church.  Rev. Arnold J. Weibert, pastor, will officiate.

(The obituary really did have Epworth in parentheses.  This must have been close to the time when the name changed to Memorial Hspital.)
