Kristine Prikosovich

July 3, 1897 – February 23, 1990

Services for Kristine Prikosovich, 92, of Encinitas CA, formerly of South Bend, who died at 8:07am Friday in Scripps Memorial Oceanview Convalescent Home, will be at 10am Wednesday in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.  Burial will be at Highland Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to9pm Tuesday in Zahoran Funeral Home, where St Mary’s Altar & Rosary Society and St Anthony Society Ladies Auxiliary will conduct a parish rosary at 6:15pm.

Mrs. Prikosovich was born July 3, 1897, in Kophasza Hungary.  She lived in South Bend from 1912 to 1986, coming from Hungary.  On January 16, 1915, in South Bend, as Kristine Sinkovich, she married John Prikosovich, who died January 21, 1971.

Surviving are two daughters, Anne Stemnock of Mesa AZ and Agnes Miholich of Carlsbad CA; two sons, Robert of Tempe AZ and John of San Diego CA; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a great great grandchild.
