SOUTH BEND - Josephine "Josie" Pullman, 87,
formerly of Sunnymede Avenue, South Bend, IN, died Saturday, Dec.
8, 2007, in the Ironwood Health & Rehabilitation Center. She
had retired in 1985 from South Bend Drug after 33 years of
service. She was born on March 24, 1920, in South Bend, IN, to
Michael and Emma (Nemeth) Pullman, and was a lifelong
resident.
Ms. Pullman is survived by three sisters,
Irene (Michael) Bickel of South Bend, Mary Drummond
of Huntington Beach, CA, and Margaret Hodges of Phoenix,
AZ; one brother, John Pullman of South Bend; and several nieces
and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM
Wednesday, Dec. 12, in the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528
Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN. Burial will follow at Riverview
Cemetery, South Bend. The family will receive friends from 4:00
to 8:00 PM today in the funeral home. Contributions in memory of
Josephine Pullman may be made to the Center for Hospice &
