South Bend Tribune, Indiana-Michigan Obituary; Sunday, June 24, 1945.

Anthony Racz, age 56, 1922 Catalpa avenue, died Saturday afternoon in St. Joseph hospital following an illness of six weeks.  Mr. Racz, who was born in Hungary April 11, 1889, had lived in South Bend 37 years.  He was employed by the Oliver corporation as a moulder.  He is survived by his widow, Agnes; a foster son, Peter Lakatos; a sister, Mrs. Emery Kertay <Kertai>, and a grandson, all of South Bend, and three brothers and four sisters in Hungary.  Mr. Racz was a member of the International Worker's order.  The body may be viewed in the residence this afternoon.

Funeral services for Anthony Racz, aged 56, 1922 South Catalpa avenue, who died Saturday afternoon in St. Joseph hospital, will be held in the residence at 2 p.m. Tuesday.  Burial will be in Sacred Heart cemetery.
