SOUTH BEND -- Jeffrey Alan Rajski, 28, of Pear Road, South Bend, Ind., passed away at 10:20 p.m. on Friday, June 19, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. He was born on Sept. 19, 1969, in South Bend, and was a lifetime resident. He was employed by Gibbs Wire and Steel Company at the time of his death. Jeffrey attended Washington High School, South Bend.

Jeffrey is survived by his parents, Gerald F. and Sue A. Rajski of South Bend; a brother, Gregory F. Rajski of South Bend; his paternal grandparents, Conrad and Helen Rajski of South Bend; several aunts and uncles, Pat Derickson, Kathi and Ron Ginter, Robert Lawson, Fran and Dave Marshall, Mark and Vickie Rajski, Conrad Rajski, all of South Bend; and by several cousins, Ron, Garrett, and Grant Ginter, Robert and Jeremy Lawson, Shelley and Andrea Marshall, all of South Bend. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harold and Maxine Lawson.

Visitation hours will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Hanley & Sons ''Southwest Chapel'' Funeral Home located at West Ireland Road/Indiana 23, South Bend. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Dermot Gahan of St. Matthew Cathedral officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. The family requests that all contributions in memory of Jeffrey be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 435 N. Limestone Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202-5188. The Hanley & Sons ''Southwest Chapel'' Funeral Home handled services and extend heartfelt sympathy to the Rajski family.
