Sister Mary Willetta CSC, a retired teacher, died at 7 a.m. Monday in St. Mary’s infirmary. She was born Frances Anna Ratau in Germany in 1883. She was educated in Germany and came to this country in 1903 to enter the Congregation of the Sisters of the Holy Cross. She received the habit in 1905 and made her profession in 1911. She taught for many years in St. Mary’s Academy before her retirement.

Funeral services and internment will be Wednesday in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception at St. Mary’s.
