SOUTH BEND - James Ray Ream, 51, of
Mesquite, Texas, formerly of South Bend, died Dec. 30 in his home
after an illness. Mr. Ream was regional sales manager for Orgill
Brothers, Memphis, Tenn.
He was born July 4, 1944, in South Bend. On
May 19, 1990, in South Bend, he married Karen L. Mellquist Connelly.
She survives with a son, Jason Ream of Bedford, Texas; a
stepdaughter, Kristin Connelly of Bloomington, Ind.; a
grandson; and a sister, Sharon Ream of Lakewood, Colo. He was a
Navy veteran, a graduate of Clay High School, and a member of
Cessna Owners' Organization.
Memorial services will be in Texas.
Cremation has taken place. Anderson-Clayton Brothers Funeral
Home, Mesquite, handled arrangements. Memorial contributions may
be made to American Heart Association.
