James F. Reilly, Jr.

James F. Reilly, Jr., 70, of Vistula Terrace, Mishawaka, Ind., died at 12:05 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 26. He was born on July 3, 1928, in Republic, Pa., to James F., Sr. and Ellen (McBride) Reilly, who preceded him in death. On Sept. 11, 1948, in Republic, Penn., he married Mildred (Mona) Maslanich, who survives. He is also survived by three daughters, Barbara (Jeff) Colborn of Granger, Ind., Susan Reilly of Vandalia, Mich., and Kathleen (Mark) Manuszak of South Bend, Ind.; three sons, James F. (Chris) Reilly III of South Bend, Patrick Reilly and Richard Reilly, both of Mishawaka; nine grandchildren, Brandon, Nichole (Pepe), Candace and Brianne Reilly, Ashley and Kelsey Colborn and Mitchell, Melanie and Zachary Manuszak. James retired in 1963, as owner of Jimona, Inc. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. James was a member of the American Welding Society, A.S.T.M. and A.S.M. He also was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

 

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. The funeral Mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Friday in Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Committal prayers and entombment will take place in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Real Services.
