Icy May Rhodebeck

     Icy May Rhodebeck, 92, of Millers Merry Manor Nursing Home, Walkerton, died at 5:55 a.m. today at the nursing home after an illness. She was born April 9, 1893, in Bunker Hill, Ind. and had lived most of her life in the Walkerton area. On Dec. 2, 1909, in South Bend, she married Carl Ray Davis, who died in November 1941. On July 24, 1945, in South Bend, she married Clarence W. Rhodebeck, who died Sept. 25, 1972. Surviving are a daughter, Marjorie Martin of Walkerton; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Three daughters preceded her in death.
     Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Nusbaum-Elkin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. until services Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Rhodebeck was a member of the Walkerton United Methodist Church.
