Adeline will fondly be remembered as a dedicated mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was known for her warm hospitality, and whose home carried the aroma and promise of good food on a continual basis. She was an active member of the Third Street Assembly of God Church in Mishawaka, IN, for many years, and in later years an active member of the Ireland Road Church of God. She was past president of the Northern Section Women's Ministries of the Indiana District Assemblies of God for many years. She won various awards as Volunteer of the Year at Battell Senior Citizens Center for her work in the office and at the center. She was active at the polls on election day as well.

She was employed at Kroger Company for over 30 years, retiring in 1980. She knew many of her customers on a first-name basis. Her hobbies included ceramics, crocheting, sewing and reading. The most distinctive quality about Adeline was her love for family and her love for God. She leaves behind a wonderful legacy of a dedicated and selfless mother who loved God. We know God welcomes her Home with open arms.
