SOUTH BEND - Frank H. Richmond, 75, of North Gladstone Street, South Bend, Indiana, passed away at 4:21 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2008, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Indiana. Frank was born to the union of Clinton and Josie (Everhart) Richmond on December 7, 1932, in Hernando, Mississippi, who both preceded him in death. He was united in holy matrimony in 1953 to Christine Wilson in Hernando, Mississippi. Coming from Stockton, Kansas, in 1955, they moved to South Bend, Indiana. He retired from Clark Equipment Company after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton and Josie Richmond; his wife, Christine Richmond; and one daughter, Bernice Richmond. Mr. Richmond leaves to mourn four daughters, Vera Wilson and Angela (Claude) Richmond, both of South Bend, Pamela Richmond and Debra K. Odom, both of Lithonia, Georgia; six sons, Frank (Irene) Richmond, George (Billy) Richmond, Earl Richmond and Amos (Chris) Richmond, all of South Bend, Sterling Richmond of Racine, Wisconsin, and Albert (Wendy) Richmond of Victorville, California; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
