Sister Mary Mateo CSC, 65, of the Holy Cross Convent at the University of Notre Dame, died there today at 2:30 a.m. She was born in Germany, Oct. 22, 1865 as Eilhelmina Riesenbach. She received the habit of the Holy Cross Order in 1905 and was professed in 1911. The body will lie in the convent parlors at Notre Dame. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
