Adelia Rodts

Adelia Rodts, 56, of Woodland this county, resident of the community for 28 years, died Sunday afternoon in her home following an illness of two weeks. Death resulted from apoplexy. She was born in Maldeghem, Belgium, April 21, 1875, and, ad Adelia DeVliegher was married in Belgium 28 years ago to Alfonse Rodts, coming here immediately after the marriage. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughtersand two sons; they are; Mrs. Lena Smith, Alvina and Erma Rodts, all at home; Raymond and Amiel Rodts, also at home. Four sisters and three brothers reside in Canada.

 

The body may be viewed in the residence until the hour of the services, which will be announced later. The funeral will be in St. Bavo’s Catholic Church and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
