MISHAKAWA - Homer F. Rodts, 75, of
71501 Michigan 62 S., Edwardsburg, formerly of Mishawaka, died
Sunday morning in St. Joseph Hospital after an illness. He
retired in 1979 from Mishawaka Utilities. He was born May 27,
1916 in Mishawaka and was a lifetime resident of Mishawaka until
he moved to Edwardsburg six years ago.
On July 6, 1940 he married Mary M. Dutoi,
who survives, with two sons, Ronald of Mishawaka and Larry of
Elkhart; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a
brother Alfred of Beverly Hills, Fla. He was a Navy veteran of
World War II, and a member ofVeterans of Foreign Wars Post 360.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
