27, 1919 - Jan. 6, 2010GRANGER - Hazel C. Rowe, 90, residing in Granger, IN, passed away at 3:55 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010, in the Healthwin Specialized Care Center. She was born May 27, 1919, in Payne, Oklahoma, a daughter of Ralph and Cecil (Motsinger) McLain, and moved to Granger in August 1996, coming from Duncan, OK. On March 23, 1963, in Weatherford, Texas, Hazel was united in marriage to Jesse C. Rowe. He passed away on November 14, 1992. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kristen Heather Kracher, on November 7, 2004. Mrs. Rowe was a seamstress for several clothing manufacturers for many years. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Frank and Barbara Kracher of Granger; three grandsons, Kevin (Teresa) Kracher and Kyle (Connie) Kracher, both of Fort Wayne, IN, and Kole (Kim) Kracher of Cincinnati, OH; and two great-grandchildren, Katherine Kracher and Blake Kracher. Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2010, in the Palmer Funeral Home - Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend. Dr. Randy Smith, pastor of Faith Community Church, Osceola, will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services Saturday in the funeral home.
