Brother Stanislaus Rusilowski CSC, 56, University of Notre Dame graduate, died Wednesday in Grand Rapids, Mich. where he was visiting relatives. He was principal of Catholic Central High School in Monroe, Mich. and superior of the community of Brothers of Holy Cross there. He was born in Grand Rapids July 28, 1902, and entered the Brothers Society of the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1917. He took his perpetual vows in 1924. He received his master of arts degree from Notre Dame in 1932 and began teaching in the Cathedral High School, Indianapolis in 1933. Before going to Monroe he also taught in Chicago and Long Beach, Calif.

 

The office of the dead will be chanted at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in Sacred Heart Church at Notre Dame, with the funeral mass there at 9 a.m. Monday and burial in the Community Cemetery at Notre Dame.
