Brother Ludger “Stanley” Schaub CSC, 71, of Holy Cross House, Notre Dame, died Thursday in his residence. He was born June 20, 1920 in Lake Leelanau, Mich., and made his first vows in the Congregation of the Holy Cross on Feb. 2, 1941. He served his ministry at Dujarie Hall; Moreau Seminary; St. Joseph Farm, Granger; Holy Cross College, Washington DC; Casa Santa Cruz, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Holy Cross House, Deer Park, Md.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Church on the campus of the University of Notre Dame. Friends may call after 3:30 p.m. Sunday in Moreau Seminary, where a wake will be at 7:30 p.m.
