KOONTZ LAKE - Beatrice Marie Seaholm, 90, of Millers Merry Manor Nursing Home, Plymouth, Ind., passed away Friday, April 11, 1997, in St. Joseph Hospital, Marshall County. A decendent of Samuel Koontz, Mrs. Seaholm was born on May 25, 1906, in Chicago, Ill. to Walter F. and Izella E. (Groshans) Feldhoff and moved to Koontz Lake 32 years ago from Chicago, Ill.

On June 30, 1931, in Chicago, as Beatrice Feldhoff, she married Allen Q. Seaholm, who preceded her in death on Oct. 22, 1988. Surviving are one sister, Helen Paulene Hunter of Plymouth, Ind. and nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends who mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one brother, Walter D. Feldhoff and one sister, Iva Edna Feldhoff MacLeod. Mrs. Seahold retired from administration in O'Keefe and Avalon Park Grammar Schools, Chicago, was a member of the Walkerton United Methodist Church, the Women's Community Club, Walkerton, the Lionettes of Koontz Lake, Women of the Moose, Plymouth and a long-time member of the Order of Eastern Star.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel with Rev. Donald Lacy officiating. Interment will be in the Grovertown Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. today and Monday 9 a.m. until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Walkerton United Methodist Church.
