  Mrs. Helen M. Geyer Seeler, 77, of 1950 S. 13th, Niles, died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Cardinal Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She had worked as a legal secretary for many years. Born April 9,1899, in South Bend, she had lived in Niles for three years moving from Port Charlotte, Fla. In March 1917, in St. Joseph , she married Alva I. Seeler, who survives. Also  surviving are two daughters, Mrs Thelma Heber of Orlando, Fla and Mrs Betty Mason of South Bend: seven grandchildren: two great-grandchildren, and a brother, Dr. Eugene Geyer of Shavehead Lake, Mich.

 

    Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Forest G. Hay and Son Funeral Home, 485 S.Ironwood , with Rev Henry G. Weber, Pastor of St. Paul United Methodist Church officiating. Burial is to be in Higland Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 today and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
