SOUTH BEND - Mr. John Albert Simon Jr., 56, passed away
Tuesday of natural causes at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center,
South Bend. John was born in South Bend on August 12, 1951, to
the late John A. and Dorothy Marie (Armentrout) Simon, Sr.
Mr. Simon retired from Sturgis Iron & Metal Recycling. He is
survived by two daughters, Jessie (Blake Bailey) Simon and Andrea
Simon; a son, Ted (Crystal) Simon; two sisters, Marie (Rick) Kruk
and Ruth Morton; two brothers, Bruce Simon of South Bend
and Gary Simon of Mishawaka. Also surviving are seven
grandchildren, Johnathan Warren, Carissa Whetstone,
Cody Simon, Roxanna Signs, Marcus Collins, Isaya
Simon and Joseph Simon; and his "Best Friend," Ernie Batson
of South Bend.
