Harry J. Skodinski, 87, formerly of South Grant Street, South Bend, Ind., died at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, March 3, in the Hallmark Manor Health Center, Federal Way, Wash.

He was born Dec. 7, 1914, in South Bend, and was the son of Herman and Katherine (Kurtis) Skodinski. Mr. Skodinski retired from the Bendix Corporation.

He is survived by his wife, Martha (Burzynski) Skodinski of Federal Way; one son, LeRoy (Betty) Skodinski of Federal Way; three grandchildren, Michael Skodinski, Cheryl Molohon and Carol Monohon; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Frances Taberski, Geraldine Pierce and Ramona Buzas, all of Mishawaka, Ind.; and by a brother, Donald Skodinski of Mishawaka.

Harry was a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society, and was a member of the Bendix Retiree Club.

Family and friends may call from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where there will be a Rosary said at 4 p.m. Thursday.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Casimir Catholic Church, with entombment to follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
