Mrs. Mary Slisz,  90 of 54778 Egdewater Dr., died at 2:00 a.m. after a nine week illness. She was born on December  6, 1881 in South Bend the daughter of Jozef and Antionette (Banach)  Andrysiak. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Henrietta Novinich, Mrs. Evelyn Piechorowski, Mrs. Elsie Maeyens, and Mrs Phyllis Biritz; two sons Clement and Fred, 28 grandchildren, 49 great, grand children and 3 great, great, grandchildren all of South Bend and a sister Mrs. Helen Leets of South Bend.

Friends may call until 9:00 p.m. today at the St. Joseph Funeral Chapel. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St Adalbert's Church the Rev. Eugene Kazmierczak officiating. Burial will be in St. Josephs Cemetery. A parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the funeral home.
