Henrietta H. Stoeckinger

Henrietta H. Stoeckinger, 95, of Los Angeles, CA, formerly of Mishawaka, passed away after an illness on Monday, January 12, in St. John of God Retirement and Care Center, Los Angeles, CA.
Henrietta was born on September 11, 1908, in South Bend, as the daughter of the late Walter and Martha (Giergk) Grezsk.
On October 3, 1929, in South Bend, as the former Henrietta Grezsk, she married Ralph Stoeckinger, who preceded her in death on May 27, 1999. She is survived by a son, Jerry (Julie) Stoeckinger of Pacific Palisades, CA; two grandchildren, Lisa (Orlando) Batturaro of Martinez, CA, and Mark (Desa) Stoeckinger of Malibu, CA; and by six great-grandchildren.
Henrietta was a Receptionist and Switchboard Operator for Wheelabrator Corp. for 25 years before retiring in 1973. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in South Bend and St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, for a good many years.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. today, January 15, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, January 16, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, with Rev. Robert Yast officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Mishawaka.
