Ralph A. Stoeckinger

Nov. 14, 1905 - May 27, 1999

Ralph A. Stoeckinger, 93, of West Adams, Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Mishawaka, Ind., passed away after an illness on Thursday, May 27, in Good Samaritan Hospital, Los Angeles.

Mr. Stoeckinger was born on Nov. 14, 1905, in Mishawaka, as the son of the late George and Mary (Mahank) Stoeckinger.

Mr. Stoeckinger is survived by his wife, Henrietta ''Pat'' (Grezsk) Stoeckinger; and their son, Jerry (Julie) Stoeckinger of Brentwood, Tenn.; a grandson, Mark (Desa) Stoeckinger of Malibu, Calif.; a granddaughter, Lisa (Orlando) Batturaro of San Antonio, Texas; three great-grandchildren; and by a sister, Esther Alexander of Indianapolis, Ind.

Mr. Stoeckinger retired in 1971 from the former Wheel-A-Brator, and was a member of the Holy Name Society at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, South Bend, Ind. He was also an usher at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, where he was a member.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. on Monday, May 31, in the Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 1, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, with Rev. Robert Yast officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Mishawaka.
