AVON LAKE -- Carl F. Strebinger, 76,
of Avon Lake, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2005, at his home. He was
born Feb. 8, 1929, in South Bend, Ind.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Helen Strebinger (nee Getzinger);
daughters Susan Brinkman of Woodbury, Minn., and Sandra Britton
of Avon Lake; and three grandsons and one great-grandson. He was
preceded in death by his son, Carl T. Strebinger; and parents,
Carl J. and Rose Strebinger.
Friends may call Friday, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Busch Funeral
Home, 163 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake. Prayer services will be
held at the funeral home Saturday at 10:15 a.m., followed by a
Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Spirit Church, 410 Lear Road,
Avon Lake, at 11 a.m. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery,
Avon. Memorial contributions can be made to Holy Spirit Catholic
Church, 410 Lear Road, Avon Lake, OH 44012.
