MISHAWAKA - Helen R. Stutzman, 95, passed away in her home
on Thursday, August 7, 2008. Helen was born on April 1, 1913, in
Bourbon, IN to the now late Norman E. and Florence I. (Emmons)
Myers. On December 5, 1930 in Valparaiso, IN as Helen
Myers she married Gail F. Stutzman who preceded her in death on
October 20, 2004. Surviving are her daughter, Beth McCool
of South Bend; son Deon (Mary) Stutzman of Mishawaka; her
grandchildren, Terry L. (Nancy) Stutzman of Warsaw, Douglas G.
(Robin) Stutzman of Granger, James E. (Dawn) McCool of South
Bend, Jamie L McCool of Chicago; step-grandchildren, Sandy Ruff
of Mishawaka and Debbie Stineback of South Bend; 12
great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Helen was
in Sales as a Real Estate Agent for Gallery of Homes for 15 years
before she retired in 1978. She was a lifetime area resident, and
a member of Gospel Center Missionary Church in South Bend.
Family and friends may visit on Sunday, August 10, from 2 to 6 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be on Monday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made in Helen's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
